Bear Mountain – Valley Course
About This Course
Opened in June 2009 and co-designed by Jack Nicklaus and his son Steve Nicklaus, the Valley Course is a par-71 layout that plays from roughly 4,674 to 6,807 yards across five tee decks. Routed through the lower, flatter terrain of the resort, it offers a more forgiving and walkable counterpart to the adjoining Mountain Course, with wide fairways framed by arbutus and Douglas fir. Highlights include bold bunkering, strategic water features, and sweeping views back toward Mount Finlayson.
