By accessing and using TeeClub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
TeeClub provides users with an easy way to search, compare, and be redirected to complete tee time bookings directly with golf courses or their third-party booking systems.
TeeClub is not a golf course, tee time booking provider, or merchant of record for tee times. We do not process tee time payments, set course policies, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party information.
TeeClub also offers optional paid subscription plans (currently "Eagle" and "Albatross") that unlock premium features. Subscription payments are processed through Stripe, Inc., and TeeClub is the merchant of record for subscription fees.
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Redirected Bookings: All tee time bookings are completed directly with golf courses or their third-party booking providers. TeeClub does not process or store payment information for tee times.
Merchant of Record: The golf course (or its provider) is the merchant of record for your tee time booking.
Availability & Pricing: While we strive for accuracy, TeeClub does not guarantee tee time availability or pricing accuracy at the time of booking.
Recurring Fees: Paid subscription plans (Eagle and Albatross) are billed monthly in advance, in Canadian dollars (CAD), through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize TeeClub and Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan. We will notify you in advance of any price changes affecting your subscription.
Taxes: Subscription fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes (such as GST, HST, PST, or QST), which will be added at checkout where required by law.
Payment Method: Your payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe. TeeClub does not receive or store your full card number or CVV.
Current Pricing: Current plan prices are listed on our pricing page. The pricing page is the authoritative source for current rates.
Tee time cancellations and refunds are subject solely to the policies of the golf course where you booked. TeeClub does not set, control, or enforce course cancellation policies.
Please review the course's cancellation policy carefully before booking. Missed tee times or no-shows are not eligible for refunds unless the course policy specifically allows.
TeeClub's role is limited to redirecting users to course booking platforms; we do not issue refunds or credits for tee times.
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your billing page. There are no cancellation fees.
Access Until End of Period: When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that date, your account reverts to the Free plan.
No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused features, or cancellations made mid-cycle, except where required by applicable law.
Upgrades and Downgrades: Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against your current billing period. Plan downgrades are processed through the Stripe billing portal and take effect at the end of the current billing period.
TeeClub offers three plan tiers:
Plan features may evolve over time. The pricing page is the authoritative source for current features. We will notify subscribers in advance of any material reduction in features included with their plan.
During our launch promotional period (the "Promo Period"), all features that would otherwise require a paid plan are made available to all users at no cost. No credit card or payment information is required to access promo features.
During the Promo Period, you may join a "waitlist" for Eagle or Albatross. Joining the waitlist registers your interest only — it does not enroll you in a paid plan and does not authorize any future charge.
When the Promo Period ends, premium features will revert to being limited to paid plans. No automatic charge will occur. To continue using paid features, you must actively enroll in a paid plan and provide a payment method.
Phone Verification: To use SMS-based features, you must verify your phone number. We send a one-time numeric code by SMS to confirm ownership. Verification messages are transactional.
Albatross SMS Alerts: The Albatross plan includes instant SMS alerts for matching tee times. Alerts are sent only to phone numbers that have been verified and are linked to an active Albatross subscription.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. TeeClub is not responsible for carrier charges.
Opt Out: You may stop SMS notifications at any time by removing your phone number from your profile page.
Delivery Not Guaranteed: SMS delivery depends on factors outside our control (carrier networks, device state, etc.). TeeClub does not guarantee delivery, timing, or receipt of any SMS message.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TeeClub and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except where sharing features are explicitly provided (e.g. social sharing or screenshots for personal use).
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeeClub from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify users by email (if available) or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect.
